For over 30 years, Yariv Sultan has been developing and implementing training programs. He draws on his 20 years as a senior instructor at the Israeli Naval Academy (including many years in the reserves) and extensive experience in public and non-profit sectors to analyze and adapt training techniques into a successful model.
Sultan's ongoing professional development and experience have enabled him to hone strategic as well as creative skills in related fields. At Harvard University, Sultan specialized in leadership best practices, messaging, communication, public speaking, complex negotiation and the art of persuasion. Today Sultan is a frequently invited speaker at professional conferences on topics including management and leadership skills, and human resources issues.
Sultan developed the graduate curriculum for the University of Haifa's Faculty of Management MBA Program on "Philanthropy and Fundraising". He lectures on "Decision-Making in Times of Crisis" at the Department of Communication at the University of Haifa, and developed and teaches courses in executive decision-making at the Executive Training Program of the Kibbutz Industries Association.
